At Levy's Fine Jewelry, we want you to cherish your purchase forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all certification tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid insured shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original appraisals and certificates.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the package and drop it off at an authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
